Currys in the Kitchen

I had the most amazing opportunity given to me by Currys/PC World, to learn how to bake some yummy recipes at the Glasgow Cookery School. I came home with some cupcakes, muffins and some scones not to mention a Kenwood hand K Mixer. 
I spent most of my sunday learning about key ingredients along with utensils and tips for successfully completing the recipes. It was a lot of fun and very useful. The Glasgow Cookery School offer a wide variety of cooking classes from cakes to hot indian style dishes and cocktail classes to kids classes.
I'm a novice baker so the tips and tricks came in very handy and I will definitely be trying the recipes at home with a little help from my Kenwood mixer.
