Wednesday Wishlist

There are so many great Summer pieces of clothing right now out there in the shops - it is really hard to make a decision and pick just one thing. My favourite trends right now have to be bright prints and floral patterns especially on dressses and cigarette pants. This weeks Wednesday Wishlist features two great British fashion stores - one of which is also Scottish and based in my home town, Glasgow. 
Most of you will no doubt have heard of Oasis. It is one of my favourite high street stores and you are always guaranteed to find something pretty whether it be a gorgeous skater dress or one of their silky shirts. All items are very reasonable priced for the quality and the store features heavily on my weekly wish lists and blog posts. Oasis never lets me down and guess what, they now post internationally too. If you are visiting their store, check out the new Meadow Floral Collection ... its lush!!
The second is The Pokey Hat, a scottish boutique that also operates online. As well as stocking its own branded products, you can also find well known designers such as MinkPink and Jeffrey Campbell. The Pokey Hat carries a range of clothing from pretty dresses to animal print trousers to the famous Mickey Mouse fingers tee :) One of my all time favourites!! Not only that but The Pokey Hat is nominated for a Scottish Fashion Award this year, not bad considering the owner is a young Scottish lass in her early 20s!!
